Individual Therapy
We know that it can be very tiresome to search for, reach out, and try to find a therapist who is a truly good fit for you. We want to prioritze your time and your needs. That is why we offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to help determine your goals for therapy, and personally match you with one of our specialized clinicians.
Once paired with your therapist, you may wonder what comes next. During the initial session, we ask key questions reagrding your personal history and background, as well as identify therapeutic goals that you want to work on. We will then discuss the ways in which we can help you with your goals, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan created by your therapist. We are happy to answer any questions you might have before you begin therapy or during the initial session. If our services offered or specialties are not appropriate for your personal mental health needs, we will provide referrals for you within your community. We want to help you find the right therapist and services for you, even if it isn’t with us!
We care deeply about our clients, and always encourage you to provide feedback to your therapist throughout your therapy process. We not only value, but also rely on your honest feedback to ensure that we are properly addressing your goals and concerns. Your time is precious - you deserve to get what you want and need out of your sessions. With this is mind, we highly recommend that you begin with weekly session attendance, unless otherwise discussed or recommended by your therapist.
For your convenience, we offer both in-person sessions at our beautiful north Austin office building and virtual sessions. All sessions conducted online are held over a confidential, HIPAA compliant platform to best protect your privacy. Please let us know if you have any questions about our virtual session options.
