Welcome! Choosing therapy is a courageous step toward growth and healing, and I understand how daunting it can feel—whether it’s your first time or you’re picking up where you left off, I’m grateful to be part of your journey. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, my passion lies in helping individuals, partners, and families build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that healing happens in and through connection.
In our sessions, you will find a genuine, warm, and attentive counselor who regularly checks in on our therapeutic relationship to ensure your sense of well-being. My goals for you are often ambitious, as I aim not only to help alleviate current struggles but also to empower you toward deeper personal growth and transformation. I guide this process using experiential methods to help you connect with your emotions and engage more authentically with yourself and those around you.
When I’m not with clients, I’m usually pulling weeds in my pollinator-loving garden, cooking an elaborate dinner, or out for a run around Town Lake. As a native Austinite, I feel very fortunate to give back to the wonderful community I’ve grown up in.

The office is located in a complex called Spicewood Forest Office Park. My building (M) is located in the very back of the complex.
*If you're heading west on Spicewood Springs Rd, there will be a short fork in the road with a left-hand place to turn into the complex (you'll cross over Spicewood Springs Rd that is heading east). If you're heading east on Spicewood Springs Rd, you'll turn right into the complex.
