I have experience providing individual, family, teen, and group therapy services at the Austin Center for Grief and Loss, as well as the Children’s Bereavement Center in San Antonio. I feel drawn to grief and loss work through my own experiences of grief and loss, and consider it a privilege to witness my clients’ healing and transformation.

I work with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples. My goal is to meet you where you are. Sometimes that might look like your cheerleader. Other times, I might serve as your mirror and show you a reflection of yourself to help challenge you and bring you closer to the goals you come into counseling with.

I accompany clients on their healing journeys as a trusty sidekick — helping them reach their desired destination by collaboratively identifying obstacles, brainstorming solutions, and putting plans into motion. I strive to create an engaging environment where clients from all walks of life feel safe experiencing and expressing a vast array of emotions.
