Jill Arechiga

She/They/Them

My name is Jill, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience. For the majority of my counseling career, I have helped people manage difficult end-of-life decisions and the devastation that comes after a death. I have worked in hospice care and grief and bereavement centers, and have extensive experience working with grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life experiences and transitions.

Many of my clients tell me that they are tired of being told “you’re doing so good” when they actually feel lost, scared, and like their world has been turned upside down. My goal is to provide a safe and empathic space so you can confront the most difficult of emotions while exploring your ability to transform from them. I am happy to walk alongside you while you navigate this path.

My approach is informal, eclectic, collaborative, and client-centered. Many of my clients describe me as authentic, calming, warm, and humorous. Please know that even though the journey can be hard, I would be honored to assist you!
